  • KSCDC bags award for value-addition

    The public sector Kerala State Cashew Development Corporation (KSCDC) has won a major recognition by winning the maiden award of the Cashew Export Promotion Council of India (CEPCI) for value addition.The award will be presented to the KDCDC by Union Minister for Commerce Nirmala Sitaraman at the venue of “Caju India-2017 International Conference,” organised by the CEPCI to be held at Goa next month.

    The CEPCI chairman S. Jayamohan will receive the award from the Minister. The value-added products of the KSCDC in the market are cashew soup, cashew powder, cashew vita, cashew bits, choco Kaju, and Milky Kaju. These products were considered for the award because of its success in the markets.
