    Stay united

The Minister urged labour unions to stay united for the sound functioning of public sector factories. “Steps have been taken to make marketing more competent and the government plans to explore all possibilities to make the industry profitable,” she said. As part of renovation, the public sector factories would be equipped with modern cutting machines and electric bormas.

Complete computerisation, CCTV system installation, modernisation of the packing and filling units would also be carried out as part of this. Minister T.P. Jayamohan and Mukhathala block panchayat president S. Rajeev were present on the occasion.
